Refer Someone to Caden
A simple, low-pressure introduction for someone with health-coverage questions. The person you refer stays in control of whether and when to contact me.
Who I may be able to help
- Someone losing job-based coverage or trying to organize a COBRA comparison
- A self-employed professional, freelancer, contractor, or 1099 worker
- An individual or family comparing health-coverage paths
- A Florida Realtor managing coverage outside a traditional employer plan
- A small-business owner reviewing group and other available approaches
- Someone who wants to organize doctors, prescriptions, costs, and enrollment timing before making a decision
Licensing, appointments, eligibility, and product availability vary by state and circumstance. A referral does not mean I will be able to offer every option or that a person will qualify for a particular plan.
The easiest way to make an introduction
Share this page, my appointment link, or my phone number. Let the person contact me directly. That protects their privacy and prevents an unexpected sales call.
Please protect the person’s privacy
Do not send diagnoses, medication lists, Social Security numbers, financial records, policy documents, or other sensitive information about another person. Do not add someone to a group message or provide their contact information without permission.
If the person wants an introduction, a first name and preferred contact method are usually enough. Sensitive information should be provided only through an appropriate process after the person understands why it is needed.
What happens after they reach out
- We organize the situation. Timing, household, current coverage, budget, doctors, prescriptions, and anticipated use are discussed at a high level.
- I explain my scope. I identify the states, insurers, and products I am currently able to discuss and disclose important limitations.
- We identify verification steps. Provider networks, formularies, plan documents, premiums, and effective dates need direct confirmation.
- The person decides. There is no obligation to enroll through me.
For professional referral partners
CPAs, payroll professionals, HR teams, PEO contacts, real-estate leaders, mortgage professionals, and financial professionals can share neutral educational resources without collecting medical details themselves.
- For an employee leaving group coverage, share the employer coverage handoff kit.
- For someone comparing COBRA timing, share the COBRA deadline organizer.
- For a contractor, share the Florida contractor coverage guide.
- For a Realtor, share the Florida Realtor coverage guide.
These resources are educational. They do not replace an employer’s, plan administrator’s, attorney’s, accountant’s, or other advisor’s obligations.
Common referral questions
Will you call someone just because I send their name?
No unsolicited outreach is needed. The preferred approach is for the person to contact me directly, or for you to make an introduction only after receiving permission.
Do you charge the referred person a consultation fee?
I do not charge a separate consumer fee for the 15-minute consultation described on this website. If someone enrolls in certain products through me, I may receive compensation from an insurer or distribution partner. Read how I’m paid for the complete disclosure.
Does a referral guarantee savings or eligibility?
No. A referral does not guarantee eligibility, approval, savings, benefits, provider access, or any particular outcome.
Ready to share a direct contact path?
The person can choose an appointment time or call directly.
